This easy-to-follow pineapple cake recipe using 4 or less ingredients is for busy people who want fantastic food - fast!


  • 2 cups self-raising flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 450g can crushed pineapple


  • 1.

    Sift flour into a mixing bowl and combine with sugar. Add pineapple and mix well. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake at 180C for 40 minutes.

Best books ever, I used Mini muffin tins only 5-10 mins or until golden to cook, great for school lunches/work (bit size)and if want add icing with a lemon juice to top it off, Fantastic

the recipe for the icing is on this site too " Easy Pineapple Cake Icing" both cake and icing tastes fabulous and soooo easy. I am not usually much of a cook or baker but this was great.
