  • 4 tbs. whole egg mayonnaise

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 4 rashes of bacon, diced and fried

    Mix all ingredients until just combined. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for about 15 - 20 minutes.
