  • 1 tbs. butter

  • 500g lamb, diced

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas

  • 1/2 cup cream


  • 1.

    Heat a frying pan on high, add butter and when melted add lamb. Brown quickly tossing the meat frequently. Add the peas, cream and season to taste. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan, simmer for 10 minutes or until the peas are tender.
