Ingredients

  • Muesli

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 cup apple juice

  • 1 Lemon juice only

  • to serve

  • 1 cup coatsely grated Apple

  • 1 chopped Banana

  • 0.25 cup mixed berries

  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

  • 5 dried Apricots

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 0.5 cup natural Yoghurt

  • 6 Mint leaves

Method

  • Muesli:

  • 1.

    Combine ingredients and leave overnight

  • to serve:

  • 1.

    Add ingredients to muesli, drizzling with yoghurt & honey at the end
