Colourful, healthy salad - suitable as a side dish or main vegetarian. Great summer recipe!
Combine all salad ingredients in bowl & toss through dressing. Ready to eat straight away but left overnight in the fridge I personally think it tastes better the next day after the dressing marinates the salad ingredients.
