Teriyaki Chicken Cones with Avocado


  • 1 pita wrap

  • Leftover , chicken teriyaki cut into strips

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • ½ capsicum, sliced into fine batons

  • Lettuce


  • 1.

    Place the chicken down the centre of the wrap.

  • 2.

    Place slices of avocado and capsicum alongside the chicken.

  • 3.

    Top with lettuce and roll the wrap tightly.
