A great way to use left over lamb roast is to serve it rolled in Lebanese bread with tomato, lettuce and yoghurt.


  • 1 slice Lebanese bread

  • A few slices of left over lamb roast

  • Lettuce, chopped

  • Tomato, finely sliced

  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Salt and pepper


  • 1.

    Combine yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper.

  • 2.

    Spread yogurt mix over one side of the pita.

  • 3.

    Top with lamb, tomato and lettuce.

  • 4.

    Roll wrap.
