Easy to make for lunch on the go. Use left over chicken schnitzel with salad and wrap in Lebanese bread!


  • 1 slice Lebanese bread

  • 3 pieces chicken tenderloin, or left-over chicken schnitzel

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato, sliced


  • 1.

    Spread a thin layer mayonnaise over the Lebanese bread.

  • 2.

    Lay slices of chicken tenderloin or schnitzel down the middle of the wrap.

  • 3.

    Top with lettuce and tomato.

  • 4.

    Roll wrap tightly.


Instead of mayonnaise you can also used left over coleslaw.
