This easy-to-follow recipe for chilli con carne using 4 or less ingredients is for busy people who want fantastic food - fast!


  • 500g lean mince

  • 1 pkt chilli con carne mix

  • 425g can tomatoes

  • 310g can red kidney beans


  • 1.

    Brown mince in a non-stick frying pan. Add chilli con carne mix. Add tomatoes, red kidney beans and ½ cup of water and stir well. Cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes, or until mince is cooked, stirring regularly.


Optional – you can add any other vegetables you have in the fridge such as onions, carrots, capsicum etc
