This easy-to-follow chicken nacho recipe using 4 or less ingredients is for busy people who want fantastic food - fast!


  • 1 large pkt plain corn chips

  • 2 ½ cups grated cheese

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, pulled apart into small pieces

  • 2 tbs. BBQ sauce or sweet chilli sauce


  • 1.

    Spread a layer of corn chips on an oven proof plate. Sprinkle with chicken and cheese followed by a squirt of sauce. Continue process until chicken is all gone and end with ½ cup of cheese. Put in oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese and serve. Can also melt in microwave.
