  • 1tbs. butter

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

    Cook spinach in a small amount of salted water for 3 minutes, then drain. Heat butter in a saucepan, add garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook stirring for 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and pepper.

I found this quite nice, however I decided to add a small amount of finely chopped onion,and some bacon yummy, give this a try and let me know what you think ?
