Honey & Mustard Quail


  • 2 Quails butterflied from the butcher

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 2 tablespoons Seeded Mustard

  • sea salt

  • cracked pepper


  • 1.

    Mix honey & mustard together and coat the quail

  • 2.

    Place skin side down on a hot bbq or frying pan with a touch of oil

  • 3.

    Season with salt & pepper

  • 4.

    Turn over after skin is golden (about 2 minutes) and finish cooking on the other side.
