Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole-egg mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic

  • 2 tbs. lemon juice

Method

  • 1.

    Mix all together, season with seas salt and pepper and chill for several hours before serving, allowing time for flavours to infuse.

Notes

Optional – add ½ tsp mustard and 1 tsp honey for a difference. Delicious served with almost any seafood dish.
