Beef patties


  • 500g lean mince

  • I cup mashed potatoes

  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions

  • 3tbs. extra virgin olive oil


  • 1.

    Mix mince, potatoes and onions in a bowl, season with sea salt and pepper. Once combined, roll into patties. Heat oil in frying pan and, depending on thickness cook, turning occasionally, until a crusty brown exterior forms all over.
