Muesli smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or soy milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup toasted muesli

  • 3 tbs. fruit yoghurt

Method

  • 1.

    Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

Notes

Optional – add ice if you would like it colder.
