• 2 medium grapefruit

  • 1 tbs. honey

  • 1 tbs. brown sugar

  • 200g tub lite vanilla yoghurt


  • 1.

    Halve grapefruits and carefully loosen pulp with a sharp knife. Combine honey and brown sugar.

  • 2.

    Place grapefruit in a small oven proof dish and drizzle with the honey/sugar mixture.

  • 3.

    Place under preheated grill for 3 – 4 minutes, or until slightly browned.

  • 4.

    Serve with yogurt.
