Grilled apple, banana and ricotta stack

Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbs. reduced fat fresh ricotta

  • 1 tbs. honey

Method

  • 1.

    Slice and grill the apple for 3 minutes.

  • 2.

    Layer apple and banana.

  • 3.

    Top with ricotta and drizzle honey over all.
