Place washed baby spinach in a bowl and add strawberries.
Top the salad with cooled, dry-roasted sunflower seeds (spread on a baking tray and toast in a preheated oven 180C, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes) drizzle with suggested salad dressing.
