  • 2 fresh white fish fillets

  • 1 tsp. butter

  • 1 lemon


  • 1.

    Coat fish with melted butter and then season with salt and pepper. Cut lemon and put slices on fish.

  • 2.

    Wrap fish in aluminum foil.

  • 3.

    Cook in 180C oven for 20 minutes or until fish is tender.

A nice simple recipe that worked really well. The only down side was that perhaps there could have been a serving suggestion or two. I used boilede rice with peas and corn with the baked fish over the rice.
