• 1 small red onion, diced

  • 2 chorizo sausages, thinly sliced

  • 1pkt fresh potato gnocchi, cooked and drained

  • 575g jar Napolitano pasta sauce

    Cook onion and chorizo together in a large non-stick pan for 3 minutes or until golden. Add gnocchi, sauce and ΒΌ cup water. Season with sea salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes or until heated through.
