Kahlúa

A richly flavoured Mexican liqueur, made from coffee, cane spirit and vanilla. In cooking, Kahlúa can be used in cakes, cheesecakes, tiramisu and brownies. Add a shot to coffee; make a Sombrero—the classic cocktail drink of Kahlúa and milk; or pour over gelato and top with an espresso to make the Italian dessert, affogato.
