Baba Ghanoush

A creamy dip or appetizer of Middle Eastern origin, baba ghanoush is made with roasted and mashed aubergine, garlic and tahini. Baba ghanoush is served cold and may be presented in many ways: in a bowl accompanied by triangles of pitta bread; as a dip for raw vegetables; or served with grilled vegetables or meats.
