Family man Wynn has four children under the age of 7, which along with becoming a chef was his child hood dream, he now spends weekends baking with his children. Growing up in South Africa, Wynn spent most of his time at his mother’s bakery, where his love of baking begun.
Wynn’s baking speciality is biscuits, breads, pastries, pies and tarts. “I love baking stand-out cakes, especially for my children’s birthdays. I also love to whip up macaroons and scones!” Wynn is driven by flavour and his favourite dish to make is a South African dessert, Melkert, which is custard pie with cinnamon.
