Author, journalist, French Language Graduate, 5th Dan black belt Taekwondo champion, fitness expert, Logie nominated TV presenter, Tiffiny Hall has many titles tucked under her Black Belt.
When not working in television Tiffiny is a full time author. To date, she has published 5 books that include cookbooks and children’s fiction. Her English teacher at school in Melbourne was famous Australian children’s author, John Marsden. She said; “He inspired me and I knew from the age of 10 that I wanted to write”.
She has been studying martial arts for over 20 years, has more than ten national titles and teaches in her family taekwondo schools ‘Halls Taekwondo’ Her father was an Olympic coach for Taekwondo in 2000 and coached Australia’s only gold medalist Lauren Burns to winning fame.
As well as writing and TV and martial arts coach, Tiffiny is a popular school speaker empowering kids through anti-bullying programs, health talks, writing workshops and self-defence. She combines her entertaining talks with strong messages of confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
Tiffiny says she has always cooked her own meals since she was about 15 but admits it’s always been very simple i.e. Steaming, grilling - not much seasoning and until her appearance on Come Dine With Me had never been to or hosted a dinner party.... Read more.
