My name is Sam Pinzone I have my own consulting business. in 2015 i won 2 chefs hats, I also published my own cook book, Great Produce Real Food. Ive also worked for chefs such as Neil Perry, Jacques Raymond, Paul Wilson, and recently consulted for Geoff Lindsays Dandelion.
