Robert overseas 11 venues and sees that over 13,000 meals are prepeared everyday onboard the Celebrity Solstice.
Born in Australia, Robert completed his culinary training degree with London City of Guilds Institute.
Robert has had a passion for cooking since he was 11 years old through his mother who was a master cake decorator.
He has spent more than 15 years in 5 star hotels and working as Executive Chef and many as senior culinary lecture for the Australian government.
He has worked in all classes of ships including Century, Millennium and Solstice class.
