I am an avid cook. I love nothing better than pouring through my cook books and magazines to find new, interesting and challanging receipes to add to my repertoire. I love italian and mediterreanian influences, all things seafood, making my own pasta and baking my own bread. I consider a treat is to go to James Street Cooking School for a cooking course. I share my passion with my family, as every time we get together we cook. My brother comes on holidays to my place each year so we can cook together.
