It really was a case of the chicken coming before the egg for Barb.  “I was exhibiting chickens at my local show as I used to breed them, and my friend said why don’t you put cakes into the competition,” laughs Barb. “So I did, and I won prizes! I wanted to try Barb Dunn's Tropical Sponge Cake recipe, but I don't know how to incorporate the frozen pineapple. I would be grateful for some advice please?
