Anna Lisle is a lifestyle journalist and a passionate cook.
She has combined these two passions to write 'Bowl&Fork', a book that brings together her extensive knowledge and her love of seasonal, wholesome, delicious food.
As a food journalist, Anna has worked for various newspapers, magazines, radio programs and television shows. Anna is Senior Editor for Best Restaurants. As part of her role, she regularly attends restaurant openings, food and wine fairs and hospitality media events.
Along with her mother, Cathy, Anna runs a cooking school with intimate, hands-on classes that focuses on a paddock-to-plate philosophy in rural Australia. Anna and Cathy also produce a gourmet granola and muesli range.
