Young, inspired and self motivated. Currently building a pantry similar to Chef Michael Smith's, and yes all my herbs, spices and other ingredients will be in Mason jars. I try to shoot most of my dishes on my home made 30 lb. 2" thick 32" x 24" solid maple cutting board. Will try to post something each month.
