I am 60 I have been a widow for 25 years.

I am 60 I have been a widow for 25 years. I'm also a Mom of 2 and a Grandma of 5. I am a born again Christian, and love the Lord. I do not force my faith on anyone, but if they ask and wish to know of my experience then I will gladly share it with them. I love to cook and bake. I love potlucks because I can share with others. My recipes are usually in demand whenever I take a dish somewhere or have someone in. I'm an avid recipe collector. I try each recipe, If I don't like it, I chuck it. If it is stupendous I keep it as it is, otherwise I do tend to tweek. I'm not afraid to give my hand to new and difficult recipes. I'll try just about anything once. I love to read, crossstitch, garden, and sing and make new friends.

Hi Charlie.. I saw ur comment about the caramella recipe;

ooo really ?? you don't have there cream caramel powder ??? the liquid caramel flavour won't do the trick !! cz it's what makes the cream caramel, not the liquid caramel sugar!! I'll ask my friend, she's here now, but she lives in Australia, i'll ask her what you have there to substitue the powder an let u know. maybe if you can send me you e-mail so i can mail you what i will find..

And by the way, I think they should name you: the "Cranberry Lady" :-D
noticed that you LOVE carnberries, and have many recipes using it .. and all your recipes sound delicious.. I'll check them in details later (cz I'm at work now), but as a start, I saved your pizza dough recipe to try it out some time..

Hi Charlie..I read you comment about Hot Cinnamon Drink on my page,
of course u can if u want, but to get the whole benifit of the drink, we don't toast the walnuts, cz as u know, the healthy way is to have nuts un-toated.. Enjot it :-) and for the hazelnut, i'm sure it'll taste great, but will it float u think as walnut does?? maybe pecans can be a trial as well.. Thanks allot Charlie for your comments.. I\ll be waiting for your feed back ;-)

Hi Charlie - it's great to see your enthusiasm and recipes - and your nice posts on this site. I should post more recipes myself. I do each month send out a newsletter and update the recipes on my website, so seem to run out of time.
