I worked as a caterer and a chef for a number of years until "I reached my use by date" - exhausted.

I worked as a caterer and a chef for a number of years until "I reached my use by date" - exhausted. I've done uncountable boardroom lunches/functions, opening of buildings, engagements, weddings, 21st etc. I did a couple of functions in Sydney Parliament House and my greatest achievement was cooking for the American Ambassador. I was also a chef at a wedding reception place in Kensington and at a very elite ladies club in the Sydney CBD.
