I love to cook and experiment with new ingredients.

I love to cook and experiment with new ingredients. I enjoy asian homestyle cooking. authentic Italian, Mexican. I'd like to gain more experience in Turkish, Greek and Persian cooking and recipes. My Japanese skills and repertoire are limited but I'd enjoy expanding there as well. We love fresh ingredients and haunt the farmers market and local farms. I recently purchased a pasta machine and can't wait to spend a weekend playing with it. I feed up to 16 children each day and look for nutritious, fun and multi-cultural recipes and presentation ideas to tempt and tantalise their young taste buds.

Hi April. Thanks for your comment : ) I'm making ribs soon so I'll post the recipe. I've got a few different sauce recpes actually - all from cookbooks I got in the South when I was there a few years ago - Jackie
