I love to cook and experiment with new ingredients. I enjoy asian homestyle cooking. authentic Italian, Mexican. I'd like to gain more experience in Turkish, Greek and Persian cooking and recipes. My Japanese skills and repertoire are limited but I'd enjoy expanding there as well.
We love fresh ingredients and haunt the farmers market and local farms. I recently purchased a pasta machine and can't wait to spend a weekend playing with it.
