The hard-to-find doughnut is now being trialled at select Woolies stores.
Krispy Kremes are not as readily available as they are in the US, or even across the UK. With official branches mainly located in hard-to-get-to high traffic areas, such as airports and food courts, the cult doughnut is hard to source, especially during the pandemic.
Although they are available at your local 7Eleven, they too are often located on motorways and in petrol stations. So, it's unlikely that you would stock up on food while popping into one.

Now, that has all changed. You can now get your hands on a famous Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut down at your local Woolworths. The supermarket chain is trialling boxes of the sweet treats at six NSW locations, with plans to roll them out nationwide.
Varieties of Krispy Kreme boxes have been spotted at the following Woolies stores: Paddington, Potts Point, Bondi Beach, Surry Hills, Padstow and Randwick.
There, you can purchase a pack of three or nine, available in either original glazed or assorted flavours. A box of three original Krispy Kremes will set you back $8, while three assorted costs $10. A pack of nine original doughnuts are $18, and the assorted box of nine is priced at $23.
“We are delighted to announce that Krispy Kreme doughnuts are now available in six Woolworth’s Metro stores in Sydney,” a spokesperson for the Krispy Kreme told news.com.au.
“Delivered fresh daily, the range includes our world-famous original glazed doughnut as well as a selection of our assorted doughnuts including ‘Choc Iced Sprinkles’ and ‘Kookies ’n’ Kreme’ that we know will bring smiles to many Woolworths customers.”
