Waffle grazing boards are everything you need on a platter!

There's a new way to enjoy brunch!

Grazing boards are trendy. They're accessible, tasty and, most of all, they're beautiful.

While you might not be able to go out for boozy brunch at the moment, you can have some of your closest friends over to enjoy a brunch-y snacking plate - and forget cheese and dips, now you can just give them what they really want - waffles.

There has been a movement away from traditional grazing platters. People are bored of cheese, crackers and olives on a piece of wood.

Those curated Insta-worthy savoury plates paved the way for incredible treats, such as pancake platters and, now, the brunch waffle grazing board!

Unlike a pancake, a fresh, fragrant waffle - be it homemade or toaster - provides a solid base for a sort of open-face sandwich, allowing you to use it as a little edible plate for your delicious brunch grazing.

People on social media are laying out the classic waffle accompaniments - maple syrup, butter, whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries - to create beautiful, mouthwatering platters.

Of course, you can also dabble in the savoury side of a breakfast, topping your fluffy waffle with bacon, scrambled egg, homefries - push the trend to its limits! There are no rules in grazing boards!

Currently, you can have five people inside your house or ten outside. So, it's time to host a waffle platter brunch!
