Also - to make a delicious dessert even better - this smooth, creamy, crunchy delight only calls for three ingredients. Here's how it's done:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 large pack of Oreos (45 cookies approx.)

To begin, whip the heavy cream in a large bowl with a hand-held mixer until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the icing sugar, mixing slowly until thoroughly combined, while also avoiding over-whipping the cream.

Set aside Three Oreos for decoration. Line a square or rectangular dish with Oreos and then cover with half of the whipped cream. Repeat placing the Oreos over the cream and then layer the cream over the cookies. Chop your three decoration Oreos and crumble them over the top of the layers for texture.

Cover with foil and place into the fridge to set for 4-6 hours. Alternatively, some people also like to try it in the freezer for more of an ice cream experience.

Of course, there are endless options of biscuits and cream flavouring, as well as peanut butter, caramel and fruit additions that could add additional texture and bite!
