Banoffee is a retro favourite. A nice banoffee tart combines sweetness with a touch of salt and the creaminess of the filling with the crunch of the pastry. It's all things good.
Unfortunately, a banoffee tart can usually be a bit time-consuming to make. But now, you can have that delicious dessert in under 10 minutes!
The recipe was shared by Brooke Baily to the Share Kmart Air Fryer Recipes Australia Facebook page. Her five-ingredient banoffee tarts went off, gaining over 300 comments and 700 likes.

Many commenters joked that this recipe was the last straw, and they need to leave the air-fryer Facebook group because they're gaining too much weight.
"Oh these look and sound delicious," said one air-fryer cook. Another simply remarked: "JESUS TAKEEE THE WHEEL!"

- Coles ready-made tart shells
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 can Nestle Caramel
- 1 cap Kahlua
- Toppings of choice

To begin, In a small bowl combine the Kahlua into half of the caramel. You can add more caramel or Kahlua to suit your taste preference.
Then, to construct, cover the base of the tart casing in banana slices. On top of that, layer on your caramel-Kahlua filling, being sure to leave some room for your toppings. Finally, sprinkle your chosen toppings onto the wet mixture.
Cook in the air-fryer at 160 degrees for approximately 8 minutes, or until the edges of the shell brown. Brooke used a 5L Kmart air-fryer to make her banoffee tarts.
Once done, Brooke served her's with some whipped cream and berries. She also "might have poured a little more Kahlua on the cream." Enjoy!
