Restaurants announced for Taste of Sydney 2015!
Celebrate Sydney’s unique dining scene as some of the best restaurants descend on Centennial Park for Taste of Sydney 2015 (Thursday 12th – Sunday 15th March 2015). The four day festival will showcase signature dishes and some special exclusives from Sydney’s greatest restaurants.
Taste of Sydney welcomes Pei Modern, Café Paci and Newtown icon Bloodwood. Indulge in your favourite meats at The Cut, small batch Japanese rice wine and seared scampi from Saké, or perhaps a glass of Bordeaux avec Boeuf from chic Parisian bitro Ananas.
Redefining high-end degustation Brent Savage will be showcasing Bentley Restaurant and Bar, Monopole and Yellow, Colin Fassnidge and Carla Jones will be packing the punch with strong flavours and an emphasis on seasonal produce with Four in Hand and 4Fourteen, and regional hot spot Biota Dining are back, showcasing their magic.
For those of you who love international cuisine, Porteño return with their much loved Argentinian flare, enjoy the best in tapas at MoVida, indulge in flavours from the South of Italy with Popolo and high-end Italian from Otto Ristorante. Costal legend Jonah’s, the best of the Ottoman Empire Efendy, and new Bangladeshi street food offering BANG will be serving a variety of flavours from around the world.
