Sydney Harbour Island Hopping October 2010

Following the success of the inaugural event last year, Sydney Harbour Island Hopping returns this month with a program of spectacular events, hosted on the islands in Sydney Harbour National Park.

A highlight of the 2010 program, Dining on Fort Denison, will treat food lovers to a special dining menu in the historic setting of Fort Denison, while enjoying the unrivalled panoramnic view of the city skyline and harbour bridge.

The event pairs a delicious lunch or dinner experience in one of the most coveted dining locations in Sydney, with a National Parks ranger guided tour of the island’s historic Martello Tower – the last of its kind in Australia.

The menu will feature Australiana-themed dishes, such as Woolloomooloo Kangaroo tail pie, Martello fish and chips and Fort Denison hand-made damper.
