Top Tips for the Perfect Stollen Dough

  1. Focus on the dough to get the perfect texture
  2. The balance of flavours of sweet and sour in the right combination is key
  3. Knead the dough for a smooth finish
  4. Use a food processor to create smooth marzipan
  5. If your using a dried fruit, soak them in booze or tea to make sure they are nice and soft before adding them to the dough
