The Aussie "girl dad" has found a delicious way to utilise leftover sandwich crusts.
George Georgievski has a huge social media following. Parents across the world look to him for healthy kids' lunch inspiration. He posts images of the elaborate, curated lunchboxes that he prepares for his daughters.
The home chef explained on Instagram that the number one question he receives from other parents is: "what do you do with the leftover bread?" This query led him to create a bread cinnamon scroll recipe that is going viral!
"So here is one my many leftover crusts creations, this is called 'Karen'," he joked.
To prepare the simple scrolls, you need to cut the crusts off of a slice of bread, being sure to keep them attached as one continuous piece. Then you roll your crust with "a bit of twirl," according to George, making the bread into a circular scroll shape.
He then sticks a kebab stick through the centre of the bread swirl, allowing it to keep its shape while cooking.

George says that you should then "add some butter to a pan, add some cinnamon and then put your scrolls into the hot pan." Let them sit in the warm butter to crisp and soak up the cinnamon flavour.
Once warmed through, plate and enjoy!
Parents were blown away with the Melbourne dad's hack, many declaring the recipe to be "genius".
"Omg what a great idea!! I waste so much crust," wrote one mum. While another inspired fan commented: "That's so clever! And yes more leftover bread bit ideas of yours please!"
