The Audi Noosa Food & Wine Festival is nearly upon us and 2011 is set to feature another amazing line-up of Australia’s leading chefs, iconic winemakers and high profile food and wine media.
Over three days in May, foodies will converge on Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast to taste, talk, debate, dine and indulge..... Noosa Style!
There are many new aspects this year including a Saskia and Maggie Beer Barossa Valley produce exhibition, plus an exciting international addition to the program the Qantas ‘Best Dinner in the World’.
The dinner will feature seven of the world's leading chefs together in the one star-studded evening. Big names include Mark Best (Marque, NSW, Australia), Andre Chiang (Restaurant Andre, Singapore,) Carlo Cracco (Ristorante Cracco, Milano, Italy), Luke Dale-Roberts (The Test Kitchen, Capetown, South Africa), Yoshihiro Narisawa (Les Creation de Narisawa, Tokyo, Japan) and Tetsuya Wakuda (Tetsuya’s Restaurant, NSW, Australia).
The dinner will be a 7 course degustation matched with premium Australian and Old World Wines which will be presented by the legendary James Halliday. Talk about a unique dining opportunity!
