Beer bread is the next recipe you'll be cooking in isolation.

If you’ve been struggling to find yeast at the shops, you can still make bread thanks to this handy little recipe.

Beer bread is the latest bread recipe everyone is trying in isolation thanks to its quick prep time and minimal ingredient list and, well, it’s made from beer.

The recipe, also known as 1 2 3 Bread, is super easy. All you need is sugar, self-raising flour and beer – that’s it!

You simply combine all ingredients in a bowl, pop into a greased pan and cook at 200C for 30-45 minutes. Done!

Not a fan of beer? The simple recipe says you can also substitute beer with lemon lime soda or seltzer water and you can ‘spruce it up’ by brushing the top with garlic or mixing in cheese and/or bacon bits or herbs.

Facebook user Earl Shay posted the recipe asking people to pass it on and it has since been shared more than 33 thousand times.

“So good!” said one fan. “This is amazing!” commented another.

Well, here’s another delicious and easy 3-ingredient recipe to add to your isolation recipe list, along with 3-ingredient flatbread and three-ingredient peanut butter cookies.
