Marion Grasby fans, listen up!
She may have been knocked out of Season 2 of MasterChef, but you can’t keep her out of the kitchen. Marion’s Kitchen, that is.
Drawing inspiration from her Thai heritage, Marion has launched an Asian inspired range of ingredient kits, designed to bring authentic Thai flavours into Australian homes.
Marion has become well aquainted with her roots over the last few months, visiting Thailand a total of six times and even shooting a cooking series in her mother’s village. The first products in Marion’s Kitchen collection include Thai Green and Red Curries, Thai Fish Cakes, Basil and Chilli Stir Fry and Satay Sticks.
‘I’ve sourced the best possible ingredients and used my own recipes to create all the curry pastes, sauces and marinades you’ll find in the Marion’s Kitchen range,’ says Marion.
The Thai Green Curry for example, contains Marion’s green curry paste, creamy coconut milk, fragrant dried herbs, bamboo shoots and fish sauce.
Along with the must have Thai ingredients, each kit contains easy to follow instructions, as well as cooking tips and meal ideas from Marion. All that needs to be added is your choice of fresh meat and vegetables.
At a cost of $6.99 per kit, Marion’s Kitchen collection can be found at Woolworths, local IGA’s and leading independent stores nationally from April 24, making it easy to indulge your tastebuds with the authentic flavours of Thailand.
