How to make the perfect roast potatoes in your Kmart air-fryer

Find out why this fool-proof recipe is going viral!

The Kmart 3-in-1 Air Fryer has been making headlines since its release, with everyday Australians loving the versatility of the $69 kitchen appliance.

Already the air-fryer has generated hundreds of viral recipes, and another has just surfaced.

Posting on an air-fryer recipe Facebook page, one woman has revealed how she mastered the perfect roast potatoes by shunning the oven and using the Air Fryer, using only five simple ingredients.

The Australian woman added that the recipe only took her half an hour to make, making it one of the simplest roast recipes she's experienced.

First, she peels the potatoes and cuts them into small sizes before boiling them.

"'You don't have to boil them but I just want to eat my potatoes as soon as possible," she said. "They will cook through still in the air fryer, just takes longer."

She then mixes self-raising flour, a sprinkle of salt, herbs and spices into a bowl.

After cooking and draining the potatoes, she tosses them in the mix, sprays them with olive oil and puts them in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden and crunchy.

The woman has said the potatoes are 'the best ever' and has even shared her recipe online:
