Only $5 and 300 calories for the whole tub - what's not to like?!
January is a time for new beginnings. If you are looking to watch your waistline or your budget this New Year, Aldi has just released your dream product.
Kenny's is he perfect ultra-low-calorie, high protein ice cream for those craving a guitless sweet treat.
Kenny's is made in Australia, and has only between 300 and 360 calories per tub. A dupe of the far more expensive brand, "Halo Top", which will cost you $9 at Woolworths, Kenny's is only $4.99 for 475ml.
First spotted by an eagle-eyed fan, an image of the frozen delight was shared on the Aldi Lovers Australia Instagram page.
The snap is captioned: "Meet Kenny’s ... the Halo Top dupe. Choc chip cookie dough and salted caramel flavours. Has anyone tried these yet?"
"Its like halo but half the price!", commented one thrilled follower. Another responded: “Tried yesterday the salted caramel!!! 10/10.”
An added bonus - the Aldi brand has almost the exact same nutritional values as Halo Top, except for actually having almost half the carbohydrates. So, you may be getting an even lighter option for less money in Kenny's.
Freezers are emptying fast, so grab a tub of Kenny's while you can.
