The viral Caramilk bliss ball recipe described as a 'game-changer'

It's no secret that Caramilk is one of the most sought-after chocolate varieties on supermarket shelves, and this recipe makes that delicious, caramel flavour shine!

If you're as Caramilk-obsessed as the rest of the country, you'll know two things. 1. It can be tricky to get a hold of and 2. It's the chocolate bar that just keeps on giving.

Not only is it delicious in its original form, some foodies are using it in their cooking, developing a range of recipes that elevate the Caramilk craze to the next level.

We've shown you Caramilk mousse, and now, thanks to the Slow Cooker Recipes & Tips Facebook page, one woman has shared her Caramilk Bliss Ball recipe, claiming it's so easy to make and best of all - she whipped them up in a slow cooker!

Caramilk ball recipe:

"1x block of Caramilk choc (190g)
1x tin of condensed milk (395g)
1 packet of plain biscuits (250g)
80g coconut ( + extra to roll balls in)

"Slow cooker on high (lid off). Break up the chocolate and put into the slow cooker to melt.

[Tip: This can also be done in a microwave, but the poster uses a slow cooker so she doesn't burn the chocolate while prepping the crumble. Genius.]

"While you wait for chocolate to melt crush your biscuits (I just use a ziplock bag and rolling pin).

"Once chocolate is all melted turn off slow cooker and add everything else in. Mix together well and roll into balls, and then roll into the extra coconut.

"Store in the fridge or freezer... These are Amaze-balls."

With over 21,000 comments, and other at-home Caramilk aficionados praising the simple recipe, it must be good!

One fan said, "Going to whip these little babies up tonight. I have never ever tried caramilk chocolate, never ever. This could be seriously dangerous."

And if you can't find Caramilk in your supermarket you can still enjoy this recipe, with Dream white chocolate a popular substitute. One poster said, "I used dream white chocolate as they had no caramilk and they taste so good. I bet with caramilk though it would be amazing," while another agreed, commenting, "I couldnt find caramilk at my store so used dream white chocolate instead! Decided to coat some of this in hazelnut milk chocolate just to see how they turn out! Yum yum yum."

Will you be trying it?
