Australia's favourite chocolate is unrecognisable!
A staple of an Aussie childhood, the Freddo Frogs, are an iconic treat. Unchanged for 90 years, the 25g chocolate bar is undergoing some massive changes to celebrate the landmark anniversary.
Cadbury announced that the classic chocolate frog will now be available in a hollow 3D form, filled with animal-shaped lollies.
The chocolate giant has also given the iconic chocolate's wrapper a makeover. Freddo Frogs will now come in a colourful foil packaging. The available designs will change annually, each one celebrating a different part of the world.
Cadbury is hopeful that people will collect all the new wrappers, creating excitement about the release of a new lot of designs.
Kate Watson, Marketing Manager for Cadbury, said to The Daily Mail that they're excited to begin this new chapter in the story of Freddo.
"For 90 years, Freddo has given generations of Australians shared moments of wonder and joy," she said.
"During what's been a challenging time for us all, Freddo 3D Adventure encourages us to be free-spirited and adventurous, urging us to embrace our curiosity and appreciate the world around us."
