Air-fried Brie is the new best thing you can make in your air fryer!

The only thing better than brie is baked brie made in the Air Fryer -yum!

If you’ve been looking for a new antipasto centrepiece, you’ve just found it. Air fryer Brie is the warm winter treat you’ve been looking for.

Simply place a whole wheel of brie into the air fryer tray and cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degrees. The results are amazing – warm, gooey cheese ready to dip your favourite cracker in or eat on its own.

The decadent and delicious new snack is already proving to be a popular new hack with air fryer fans putting their own spin on the recipe.

Posting to the Share Kmart Air Fryer Recipes Australia page, one member shared her baked brie topped with garlic, thyme and honey.

“Baked Brie! Score the top, drizzle with EVOO, added thyme and garlic. Preheat AF at 180 and then cook for 10-12 minutes. I then drizzled with honey. AMAZING,” she wrote.

Other members have shared their brie combinations including garlic oil, rosemary and garlic and walnuts and thyme.

One took the new craze one step further by crumbing the wheel of cheese before cooking it, creating a crumbed brie Cheese recipe.

“Place whole cheese in beaten egg then in Panko breadcrumbs and repeated again for even coat,” she posted.

“Sprayed with cooking oil then on 200 for 15 min, halfway turned over and turned it down to 180 until finished.

“As you can see very gooey you can used veggie sticks, bread, crackers to devour it. Bon appetite!”

So next time you’re looking to dish up a warm, winter treat, pour a glass of wine and let your air fryer do all the hard work.
