The sweet and salty flavour has been available in the US for a decade - and now it's here!
Who doesn't love a salty and sweet taste combo? Salted caramel, kettle corn - it's the perfect flavour balance.
Well, now, you can satisfy your chocolate and savoury cravings all in one delicious little bite, because M&M's are introducing M&M's Pretzel to Australia.
The mini chocolate-covered pretzels are a flavour sensation. You're going to struggle to only have a few.
Mixing smooth milky chocolate with the crisp classic M&M's candy shell, combined with the crunchy pretzel inside, dotted with salt crystals, each morsel is a delight.
Andrew Leakey, general manager of Mars Wrigley Australia said: “Australian consumers look to M&M’s to bring tasty, fun and (slightly) unexpected flavour combinations – including salty sweet – which made M&M’S Pretzel the next logical choice for the brand."
The little pretzel droplets are even manufactured in Australia, at the Mars Wrigley factory in Victoria.
“What most people probably don’t know is that some of Australia’s most beloved chocolate brands such as Maltesers, Milky Way, Mars, Pods and now this new M&M’s flavour are actually made here (Ballarat) by Aussies."
The new flavour will be available at Coles from July 13 and Woolies from July 28.
